Included - The Figurine as pictured. Condition - looks great, I don't see any issues. The wood may have a few small nicks, some could have been touched up. Note - the salmon is attached to the crystal with some sort of adhesive.
It is possible that it will get detached and may need to be reattached. Also, you would be able to change position of the fish. Right now it seems different from what you see on the photo from the catalog. Please examine the high resolution pictures closely for condition.Very Rare and in great condition. I don't see any obvious defects others than those I have highlighted, but there could be some I missed. Ask me if you need additional photos.
