RARE Vintage Franklin Mint "Sea Prancer" Carousel Horse - Design by Lynn Lupetti. This statuette is beautifully painted and in great condition. I do not have the certificate of authenticity or the box.

There are no chips or cracks but there is a small area on the nose that looks like it was a bubble in the glaze. Some of the gold paint on the tail looks like it wore off or never quite stuck. Both flaws can really only be seen up close but they are pictured after the images of the bottom of the stand so you can decided.
