She is sculpted in fine bisque porcelain and painted by hand. Another high quality Franklin Mint Doll. Featuring the design work of Irish artist Rhiannon Evans. Handcrafted with Celtic motifs, red hair, and dressed in a green gown.

She holds a metal scepter, waring a belt buckle and a crown and includes the basket of flowers. Her delicate feet are ornamented with golden shamrock sand. Date of release = 1998 (we believe based on research). CONDITION: Used - Displayed by adult collector and well cared for. NOT INCLUDED are COA and paperwork plus box.
