This lot contains 17 of the 18 western designs of these figurines. There are 2 military edition figures that are not included in this collection for sale. It is extremely rare this many statues in 1 collection for sale.

These figurines were issued by the Franklin Mint in the late 1980's / early 1990's and are no longer available from them. They all have glass domes and were Limited Edition with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Twenty figurines were issued in total and is the biggest single issue of such a collection. There were 18 western designs and 2 military designs. Although none were officially linked to any particular John Wayne film, members of theJohn Wayne Message Board have come up with possible films that they relate to.
