Missing center pole and only one animal has damaged. No other damage to the other 15 figures. 4 extra figures are included. Small scratch on the top tier (shown in photos).

If you never handled one of these here is a brief run through. Its like a Lazy Susan for your small carousel figures.

The base is about 15 across. You spin it around to change the display. You can also move the characters around as well. Each figure is nicely detailed ceramic with a wood base and a metal pole in the center.

I photo'd each character in groups of 2, so you can see everything you are getting.
