Normal wear and tear applies here. Meaning, they are not damaged or fading in any way but they do have some dust type dirt on the bottoms of them where they were sitting for years. It came off for the most part, just being honest with you about them. You would be responsible for filing a claim with UPS as they will not allow me to do that since the package would be coming to you.
