The product is a Franklin Mint figurine featuring a Good Humor ice cream theme. Made of fine porcelain, this multicolored figurine is designed as a music box playing a tune reminiscent of the Good Old Summertime. The figurine is housed in a box and is perfect for collectors of decorative sculptures and figurines.

Two issues with this item, the ice cream bar on the foot of the spinning penguin on top was broken off and has since been re-glued as seen in the second to last picture. The second is the penguin that's on top of the back door is missing a popsicle in his hand - as seen on the last photo.
