For sale is a Franklin Mint House Of Faberge Porcelain Musical Imperial Carousel Egg. This is a RARE Franklin Mint Egg produced in a limited number of 9,500 worldwide. This large, HAND PAINTED piece stands at 10 3/4 " tall x 5 1/2" across and weighs 4 3/4 lbs.

It is absolutely stunning with magnificent detail. In order to appreciate the workmanship, one must see it in person to admire all of the fine detailing. The background is completely finished in "Opulent Aurora Borealis" porcelain, which appears to be a glazed pearl finish. It has 500 genuine Swarovski crystals, which includes ruby, emerald, and sapphire colored, and clear crystals. It shines with lavish accents of 24K gold with intricate detailing.

The beautiful carousel plays the classic "Emperor Waltz" while the horses make their way around the mirrors. Note: horses move around, not up and down. Movement is wound with a key at the very top. Wind it 3 to 4 turns. It is in excellent condition - no dings, dents, missing stones or accents - some stray glue on the base near the mirror from manufacturing.
