This is a Franklin Mint heirloom doll from the Gone with the Wind collection. The lady collected dolls and her children gave her dolls. This does not appear to have ever been taken out of the box. This is a hard to find doll. Most people bought the Scarlett dolls and not the others.

I personally bought this doll quite a few years ago when it first came out. This was a prime character and a bigger doll so it was the top end price.
