This gorgeous piece is in outstanding, previously displayed condition. Truly a work of art, with its elegant detail and coloring, it has been hand-decorated with accents of 24 karat gold. This porcelain figurine is titled "My Spirit Unconquered" created by the artist Caroline Young. Lavishly adorned with accents of 24 karat gold from the crown of Queen Hsiang-fei's hat to the intricate detail in her flowing robes, her spectacular earrings and the bridle of her spirited horse. The figurine represents the story of the wife of a Mongolian king who died in battle.

The Chinese warlord who captures her tries to woo her. But she remains faithful to her dead husband. It is a legendary story of eternal love. The figurine is full of symbols of love from the dragon and phoenix on her robe to the love knot tied in the tail of the beautiful black steed. Each and every detail is painted, decorated and numbered by hand.
