This is the only authentic nativity scene that is MODELED AFTER THE VATICAN NATIVITY ARTWORK IN THE VATICAN MUSEUM. This beautiful limited edition Vatican Nativity collection consists of pieces in fine porcelain with radiant accents of 24 carat gold and includes a custom designed display crèche.
Each piece has been numbered and stamped for authenticity. Each sculpture piece has been intricately hand painted in jewel tone colors, bears the official seal of the Vatican Museums, and comes in original red boxes.
The set includes the following. 13.25 high in 2 pieces. Joseph, 8"x 6 3/4". Mary, 6 1/2"x 6". Baby Jesus, 3 1/2"x 4". Angel 1 with flowers, 10 1/2"x 8".Angel 2 in blue and rose color dress, 10 1/2" x 6", Creche Angel. Angel 3 in rose and yellow dress, 8 1/2" x 7". Melchior with staff, 8"x 6".

Townsman with tray of fruit 6" x 6". Harpist with steel strings 6" x 6". All nativity piece boxes are original with red top and bottom and have The Vatican Nativity Collection printed on top. This is from a high end moving sale and the prior owner put a strip of masking tape on each box and labeled which piece was supposed to be inside.
Each box has two styrofoam packaging inserts except for 3 boxes which have a bottom styrofoam and a substitute packaging top piece. The creche has a completely separate storage box.
